Zamawiający on the subject of the order is described in detail in attachment No. 1 to SWZ. 1. The ordering party reserves the right to introduce a different schedule from the agreed one for certain days, after notifying the Contractor in advance. 2. Settlements will be made on a monthly basis based on the VAT invoice issued by the Contractor. 3. The ordering party reserves the right to deviate from the given transport schedule due to changes in lesson plans, the number of children, school closures, changes in the organisation of the school year, the use of free days, etc. 4. The service will be provided on weekdays, except for Saturdays, holidays and other legally recognised days off, as well as breaks in the implementation of educational and educational activities (winter and summer holidays, spring and winter holiday breaks), as specified in the regulations of the Minister of National Education of 11 August 2017 on the organisation of the school year (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1211). 5. In the event of a change in the organisation of activities involving the performance of activities on a day falling between two legally recognised public holidays or a Friday immediately following a legally recognised public holiday, the carrier is notified by the ordering party through the director of the given institution of the change in the delivery date. 6. Each pupil transported must have a guaranteed seat. 7. The Contractor will provide care for the pupils during the transport and return of the pupils to and from the schools. The escort may not be the bus driver. The scope of the escort's duties includes, in particular: supervising the correct behaviour of children and young people in vehicles, opening doors after ensuring that it will not cause a danger to traffic safety or hinder it, bringing children and young people in and out of the vehicle, escorting children and young people across the carriageway, providing any necessary assistance to the pupils being transported in order to ensure their safety during the journey. 8. The ordering party requires the Contractor to employ, on the basis of an employment contract, persons, i.e. drivers who will transport children and pupils by bus from educational institutions on routes specified in attachment No. 1 to SWZ, on all days of the school year. 9. The Contractor verifies the staff caring for the pupils during transport to school on the basis of Article 21 of the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protecting minors (consolidated text of 2026 Journal of Laws, item 110 as amended).
