Saksamaa – Arhitektuuri-, ehitus-, inseneri- ja ehitusjärelevalveteenused – Generalplanung: Erstellung eines städtebaulichen und freiräumlichen Gesamtkonzepts

Department of Aerospace and Geodesy of the Technische Universität München on the municipal area of Taufkirchen, south of Munich. The task underlying the procedure includes both the preparation of a master plan for the entire scope as well as the object and open space planning for an already defined first construction phase (BA 1). The total area to be developed is approximately 5.3 hectares. The total area of the Freistaat Bayern at the location comprises approximately 7 hectares, of which approximately 1.7 hectares are already occupied by interim buildings. The planned total area of the campus across all construction phases amounts to approximately 42,000 square meters of usable area (NUF 1-6). In BA 1, approximately 9,800 square meters of NUF 1-6 will be created. Of this, approximately 4,520 square meters are for the usable area NUF 2 and approximately 5,280 square meters for the NUF 3. Within the NUF 3, approximately 3,000 square meters are planned for workshops. This includes four halls with more than 250 square meters of area, two of which have clear room heights of up to 10 meters and one with a height of up to 5.5 meters. In addition, seven halls with less than 250 square meters of area will be built, two of which have clear room heights of up to 10 meters. The binding of the NUF 3 on the ground floor is approximately 80 percent. The later construction phases include a further approximately 32,120 square meters of NUF 1-6. These include, among other things, office and research areas, lecture halls, a canteen, and a library. Further information on the project can be found in Annex 6 "Vergabeunterlage II_Kurzfassung". In addition, a detailed task description (Vergabeunterlage II) will be made available to the participants selected for the procedure with the start of the competitive dialogue.
