Objekt on public procurement is the implementation of a comprehensive repair of the roofs and roof coverings of individual buildings of the castle, which are currently in poor technical condition. The existing, non-compliant roof covering will be dismantled. At the same time, the dismantling of sheet metal elements, especially the sheet metal cladding of chimneys, covering sheets in contact with adjacent structures, gutters, downpipes and hoppers, will take place. Elements that are found to be compliant will be reused after inspection. Simultaneously with the roof repair, scaffolding will be used, even in difficult-to-access terrain, to repair worn-out plaster on facades and to renovate staircases with non-functional hydro insulation. The contracting authority does not accept tender variants.
