**Description of the procurement:**

The contracting authority intends to acquire a used and/or retrofitted hydrogen tractor-trailer. The vehicle must be in good working order and comply with all relevant safety and environmental regulations. The vehicle must have a minimum capacity of 18 tonnes and a maximum capacity of 44 tonnes. The vehicle must be equipped with a hydrogen fuel cell and have a range of at least 500 km on a single tank of hydrogen. The vehicle must also be equipped with a telematics system that allows for remote monitoring and tracking.

**Contract award criteria:**

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who offers the best value for money, taking into account the following criteria:

2. Technical merit (weighting: 30%)

3. Environmental impact (weighting: 10%)

**Contract duration:**

The contract will have a duration of 12 months from the date of signature.

**Contract value:**

The estimated value of the contract is EUR 150 000 (excluding VAT).

**Contract award procedure:**

The contract will be awarded through an open procedure.

**Contract award decision:**

The contracting authority will make a decision on the award of the contract within 30 days of the deadline for receipt of tenders. The decision will be communicated to all tenderers in writing.

**Contract award notification:**

The contracting authority will publish a contract award notice in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) within 30 days of the award of the contract.
