**Short description of the contract or purchase(s):**

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development, is seeking to award a contract for a study on the impact of rural development policy. The study should provide an in-depth analysis of the effectiveness of rural development measures and their impact on rural areas. The study should cover the period from 2014 to 2022 and include a comparative analysis with other EU Member States. The contract will be for a period of 12 months.

**Main objectives:**

- To assess the effectiveness of rural development measures implemented in the period 2014-2022.

- To evaluate the impact of these measures on rural areas and their communities.

- To provide recommendations for future rural development policy.

Euroopa Komisjon, Põllumajandus- ja Maaeluareeninduse Peadirektoorium soovib lepingut anda uuringu maaeluareeninduse poliitika mõju kohta. Uuring peab pakkuma süvitsva analüüsi maaeluareeninduse meetmete tõhususest ja nende mõjust maaelu piirkondadele. Uuring peab katma perioodi 2014-2022 ja sisaldama võrdleva analüüsi teiste Euroopa Liidu liikmesriikidega. Lepingu kestus on 12 kuud.

**Peamised eesmärgid:**

- Hinnata maaeluareeninduse meetmete tõhusust, mis on rakendatud perioodil 2014-2022.

- Hindama nende meetmete mõju maaelu piirkondadele ja nende kogukondadele.

- Pakkuda soovitusi tulevase maaeluareeninduse poliitika jaoks.
