Kirjeldus

Cílem seda on the procurement procedure is to conclude an insurance contract (hereinafter referred to as the "contract") with one participant for the purpose of insuring the transport of military equipment within the CV90 project, implemented between the contracting authority and external suppliers. The subject of the contract is insurance relating in particular to the transport of: – separate turrets, – complete military vehicles, – possibly other related components of military equipment. The transports will be carried out as the contracting authority's own transport or through contractual carriers. The insurance must relate to transports carried out in the FCA regime, and must also cover damage caused during loading and unloading of the transported property, including the use of specialized technology. The insurance will commence at the moment the shipment is taken for transport. Repeated transports in various logistics scenarios are expected, in particular: – transports between suppliers and the contracting authority, – transports for testing (e.g. Bzenec), – transports for handover to AČR. The number of transports, their exact dates and routes may change during the performance depending on the development of the project and the coordination between the contracting authority and its contractual partners. The contracting authority reserves the right to arrange insurance for individual transports according to the current need and is not obliged to exhaust the expected scope of performance. Due to the nature of the project and the ongoing negotiations between the contracting authority and its partners, it is not possible to set a precise schedule for the transports or their final scope at the time of the contract notice. The insurance must be arranged so that it covers the variability of the transports in terms of time, scope of performance and type of transported technology. The contracting authority requires a maximum limit of 200,000,000 Kč for one transport. The required scope of insurance, i.e. the places of insurance, the scope and subject of insurance, insurance sums, co-insurance and other requirements for insurance, are discussed in more detail in the Technical Part of the Contract Notice and its annexes. The contracting authority limits the publication of part of the Contract Notice for the purpose of protecting sensitive information related to the transport of military equipment. The annexes to the Technical Part of the Contract Notice are not freely available on the contracting authority's E-ZAK profile. A participant, or an interested party, may request the contracting authority to send the non-public part of the tender documentation via E-ZAK. The request for the provision of the non-public part of the Contract Notice, including the electronically signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA), will be sent to the contracting authority by the participant via the electronic tool E-ZAK in the section "Send a message". The contracting authority points out that the function "Request for clarification of the Contract Notice" is intended solely for submitting queries regarding the tender conditions and is not intended for sending NDAs or requests for the provision of the non-public part of the Contract Notice. NDAs or requests for the provision of the non-public part of the Contract Notice sent via the function "Request for clarification of the Contract Notice" will be considered incorrectly submitted and the contracting authority will not provide the non-public part of the Contract Notice on this basis. The contracting authority reserves the right, in accordance with § 36 paragraph 8 and § 96 paragraph 2 of the law, to provide the non-public part of the Contract Notice only on the condition of the delivery of a proper request and an electronically signed NDA. The contracting authority will provide these annexes no later than 3 working days from the delivery of a proper request. The contracting authority strongly recommends that all interested parties send a request for access to the non-public part of the Contract Notice before submitting a request to participate. The contracting authority points out that the non-public part of the Contract Notice contains information important for the processing of the bid in the second phase of the tender procedure and for the performance of the Contract Notice. If a participant does not request access to the non-public part of the Contract Notice, they will be fully responsible for the processing of their request to participate and subsequently their bid without knowledge of this information. This fact will not be a reason for extending deadlines, changing tender conditions or any other advantage to the participant during the tender procedure. To avoid any doubts, the contracting authority states that the subject Contract Notice is not a contract for the services of an insurance broker. The contracting authority does not allow for variants of bids according to § 102 paragraph 1 of the law, based on the subject of the Contract Notice. A participant who submits a bid containing performance beyond the scope requested in the Contract Notice will be excluded from the further course of the tender procedure. The participant is obliged to process the request to participate / bid in accordance with the Contract Notice, in particular with the Technical Part of the Contract Notice. To ensure the comparability of bids, the contracting authority requires that participants, when processing the bid, use the terminology and structure indicated in the Contract Notice (especially in relation to the definition of insurance risks, the scope of insurance coverage and other insurance conditions). The offered insurance coverage must correspond to the scope required by the contracting authority. If the bid does not meet the tender conditions, in particular if it contains only partial or otherwise non-compliant performance, the participant may be excluded from the tender procedure. For the purpose of orienting participants, the contracting authority indicates the expected scope of performance in the Technical Part of the Contract Notice (especially the number of transports and indicative values of the transported property). These data have only an informative character and do not represent a commitment by the contracting authority to exhaust them.
