**Contract description:** The contracting authority is seeking to establish a dynamic procurement system for the acquisition of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to support public procurement. The system will allow for the acquisition of AI solutions that can assist in various aspects of the procurement process, including but not limited to, data analysis, predictive analytics, and automation of administrative tasks. The solutions must be compliant with the relevant EU regulations and standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the AI Act. The contracting authority reserves the right to award contracts to one or more suppliers based on the evaluation of the proposals received.

**Contract award criteria:** The award of the contract will be based on the most economically advantageous tender, taking into account the following criteria:

1. Technical merit (40 points)

2. Price (30 points)

3. Experience and qualifications of the supplier (20 points)

4. Compliance with relevant regulations and standards (10 points)
