Die Passkontrollhalli laienemine koosneb kahest ehitusetapist: lisamaja (uue ehitise) ja olemasoleva ehitise ümber ehitamine. Ehitustööd tehakse ehitusaladel 01 ja 02. Selle avalduse osaks on kõik ehitustööd, mis on projekti teostamiseks vajalikud, sealhulgas vajalikud lammutustööd, ajutised meetmed ning tihedus tööd. Tööd hõlmavad nii uue ehitise töid kui ka olemasoleva ehitise kohandusi ja sekkumisi. Selleks tuleb arvestada olemasoleva ehitise piirkonna täiendavaid nõudeid ning tagada jätkuv töö.

**Description of the procurement:**

The extension of the Pass Control Hall includes two construction stages: an annex (new building) and a renovation of the existing building. The construction works will be carried out on construction sites 01 and 02. This tender includes all the construction works necessary for the implementation, including the necessary demolition works, temporary measures and sealing works. The services include both works on the new building and adaptations and interventions in the existing building. In this case, the increased requirements for execution in the existing building area and the guarantee of ongoing operation must be taken into account.
