Norway – Procurement consultancy services – Procurement assistance for Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency.

The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency has the three main assignments: to procure, administer and phase out material for the Norwegian Armed Forces and other entities in the defence sector. The aim is to give the Norwegian Armed Forces faster reaction ability, higher preparedness and longer perseverance. FMA Procurements are entering into, administering, making call-offs on framework agreements and entering into contracts for/procuring materials in accordance with the law and regulations on public procurements (LOA/FOA/FOSA) as well as internal instructions. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract with tenderers who can assist the contracting authority with the implementation of procurements. The assistance shall cover all parts of the procurement process, including planning the preparation of tender documentation, implementation of competition, evaluation of tenders, as well as signing contracts and for individual categories; contract follow-up.
