Leppiniku beabsichtigt, uue veejaama ehitamise "Am Wasserwerk 1, 24395 Gelting" maa-alal. Praeguse seisuga peaksid (ajaliselt peaaegu samal ajal) maa-alal realiseerima järgmised projektid:

Projekt 1: Töökoda ja büroohoone koos filterruumiga vee pehstamiseks, raudast ja mangaanist puhastamiseks.

Projekt 2: Joogiveehoidla (2 veekambrit/joogiveehoidla koos pumpjaamaga) koos juhitavaga hoonega.

Projekt 3: Setetusseadme.

Selle menetluse objekt on hoonekonstruktsiooniprojekti osutuste andmine vastavalt §§ 49 jt. HOAI projektile 1: Töökoda/büroohoone ja filterruum. Detailid (ka eeldatavate arvestatavate kulude osas) on saadaval lepingukavandis, mis on avalikustatud.

The contracting authority intends to construct a new waterworks on the property "Am Wasserwerk 1, 24395 Gelting". Currently, the following projects are planned to be realised (temporally largely concurrent) on the property:

Project 1: Workshop and office building including filter hall for water softening incl. iron and manganese removal from drinking water.

Project 2: Drinking water tank (2 water chambers/drinking water tank with pump station) with adjacent control building.

Project 3: Settling plant.

The subject of this procedure is the award of the services of the structural design according to §§ 49 ff. HOAI for project 1: Workshop/office building and filter hall. Details (including the expected eligible costs) can be found in the draft contract contained in the tender documents.
