Spandau's district office in Berlin intends to renovate, expand and upgrade the Grundschule am Windmühlenberg as part of the Berlin School Construction Offensive. As there is no alternative location available, the expansion and renovation must be carried out during ongoing operations. The subject of the present tender are the planning services (basic services) of phases 1 to 6 of the service description Structural Engineering according to HOAI, as well as special services.
