The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with several operators for the supply, delivery and commissioning of replacement core and edge next generation firewalls.

The estimated total value of the framework agreement is EUR 5 000 000, excluding VAT. The framework agreement will have a duration of 4 years, starting from the date of signature of the framework agreement. The estimated maximum quantity for the supply, delivery and commissioning of replacement core and edge next generation firewalls is 100 units.

The contracting authority reserves the right to award the framework agreement to one or more operators, depending on the offers received.

The deadline for the receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 15/01/2024 at 12:00 (Brussels local time).

The tenders or requests to participate must be submitted electronically via the eDelivery system.

The estimated date of conclusion of the framework agreement is 31/03/2024.

The estimated date of dispatch of the first delivery is 01/04/2024.

The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the framework agreement for a maximum of 2 additional years, subject to the approval of the European Commission.
