The framework agreement is intended for legal services related to privacy, including but not limited to:

- Advice on data protection legislation

- Drafting and reviewing data protection agreements

- Conducting data protection impact assessments

- Training and awareness-raising activities for data protection

- Assistance in handling data breaches

The framework agreement will be valid for 4 years, with the possibility of extension for an additional 2 years. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is EUR 500 000, excluding VAT.

Tenderers must submit their offers electronically via the Doffin eTendering system (https://www.doffin.no/) by 15.00 on 15.09.2023. Late submissions will not be considered.

Lørenskog municipality reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, to cancel the tendering procedure, or to accept a tender that does not meet the specified requirements.
