Kohde on public procurement is divided into basic delivery, service and options: 1) Basic delivery

• Delivery of a four-axle truck with a crane and a towing device

2) Service

• Vehicle service (does not apply to the body, crane and trailer)

3) Options (reserved change of obligation according to §100 paragraph 1 of the law)

• Delivery of a single-axle (tandem) trailer (hereinafter also only "trailer") (the vehicle and trailer together also only "towing unit")

Ad1) Basic delivery

The subject of the basic delivery is:

• Delivery of a four-axle truck with a box body for transporting 20.5 tonnes of cargo, with a towing device and a hydraulic loading crane (hereinafter only "vehicle with a crane"), whereby the delivered vehicle with a crane must meet all the required specifications and technical parameters, which are described in more detail in chapter 3 of the tender documentation (Technical Conditions).

• Delivery of the Protocol on the control weighing of the vehicle with a crane - more details in chapter 3 of the tender documentation (Technical Conditions).

• Training of the vehicle and crane (crane) operators

Ad2) Service

The subject of the service is:

• Provision of maintenance services for the vehicle, where the required maintenance services are described in more detail in chapter 3 of the tender documentation (Technical Conditions).

Ad3) Options (reserved change of obligation according to § 100 paragraph 1 of the law)

The subject of the option is:

• Delivery of a single-axle trailer suitable for transporting at least 4.5 tonnes of cargo, whereby the trailer itself and the entire towing unit (the above-mentioned vehicle with a crane + trailer) must meet all the required specifications and technical parameters, which are described in more detail in chapter 3 of the tender documentation (Technical Conditions).

• Delivery of the Protocol on the control weighing of the towing unit - more details in chapter 3 of the tender documentation (Technical Conditions).

• Training of the trailer operators

The conditions for the application of the option are given in chapter 10, paragraph 10.1 of the tender documentation.
