Kohdekohde on public procurement is the delivery of a new redundant virtualization infrastructure for the VMware ESXi platform based on 25GbE Ethernet connectivity using the iSCSI protocol for access to shared disk storage. The delivered solution must form an interoperable and fully functional whole designed for high availability, redundant data paths and uninterrupted operation. The delivery includes virtualization servers, disk arrays and LAN switches, including all accessories, optical modules, cabling and licenses necessary for the full functionality of the solution. Further specifications of the subject of the contract are contained in the annexes of the tender documentation. Given the nature of the information and its protection under Act No. 264/2025 Sb., the Act on Cyber Security, the contracting authority will provide Annex 1 - Specification of the subject of the contract of the tender documentation upon request from the supplier and against the submitted agreement signed by them on confidentiality (NDA) in the wording of Annex 7 of the tender documentation. The confidentiality agreement (NDA) must be signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of or for the supplier. If the agreement is signed by a proxy, a power of attorney which was granted to such a person for this purpose must be attached to the agreement.
