Sopimuksen kohteena on tietokoneiden toimitus ja toimitus Louvren museon henkilökunnalle. Ne palvelevat tietokoneparkin jatkuvan ja säännöllisen uusimisen sekä uusien työasemien varustamisen.

The following text is to be translated:

The contract will be awarded by a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a call for competition, in accordance with Article 48 of the Directive 2014/24/EU, on the basis of the following criteria:

- 50% of the award criteria will be based on the best price-quality ratio;

- 50% of the award criteria will be based on the best price.

The estimated value of the contract is 100 000 EUR excluding VAT.

The contract will be awarded by 15.03.2024 at the latest.

Sopimus myönnetään neuvottelumenettelynä ilman kilpailuilmoituksen julkaisua edeltävää, EU:n direktiivin 2014/24/EU 48 artiklan mukaisesti, seuraavien kriteerien perusteella:

- 50 % myöntökriteeristä perustuu parhaaseen hinta-laatu-suhteeseen;

- 50 % myöntökriteeristä perustuu parhaaseen hintaan.

Sopimuksen arvioitu arvo on 100 000 EUR alv:ta vapaa.

Sopimus myönnetään viimeistään 15.03.2024.
