As part of the reform of the Common European Asylum System (GEAS), interpreter services will be provided in the country in the future. To make this service available quickly and to enable communication with persons who have no or insufficient German language skills in a fast and professional manner, an IT application for "video and audio interpreting" will be introduced. The subject of the tender is the provision of the IT service "video and audio interpreting" in accordance with the specification. The requirements of the specification and the further conditions of the procurement procedure for the performance of the service will be the subject of a contract with the future contractor for the implementation of the contract.
