Tavoite on public procurement is to conclude a framework agreement between the contracting authority and one economic operator for the procurement of metering equipment for measuring and reading the water service delivered to final users; preparation of water meters for verification (service) and verification of water meters which the contracting authority owns, as well as the expansion and maintenance of the elements of the remote reading system for consumption on the territorial area under the jurisdiction of the contracting authority. In the system of Tekija d.o.o. the reading and remote reading of consumption are part of one whole, which includes water meters as an integral part of the remote reading system. In the service area of Tekija d.o.o. Požega, approximately 25,000 water meters are currently installed, and the company, in accordance with its available resources, systematically and plannedly works on the development of an advanced metering infrastructure in order to achieve the set goals for reducing losses or increasing the accuracy of the metering equipment. The existing remote reading system operates in such a way that the data on the quantities of water consumed from the water meters with radio modules is taken over at least once a month with the help of equipment and software for remote reading. The subject of the procurement is a complete system in which water meters, radio modules, or water meters with integrated radio modules, equipment and software for remote reading must be compatible with each other in order for the system to function at the desired level.
