Saksa – Koulurakennusten rakentamistyöt – TU Neubau Grundschule Lösenbach und Westschule

Lot 1 The City of Lüdenscheid intends to award the construction of the three-track elementary school Lösenbach at the Schubertstraße location within the framework of a European-wide negotiated procedure to a general contractor (GC). The scope of the general contractor's services includes both the planning concept and further planning as well as the turnkey construction of the elementary school including a 1-court sports hall. Furthermore, the general contractor is to demolish the existing sports wing after completion of the new building. The areas thus released are to be subsequently developed as schoolyard areas. The implementation of the entire measure is therefore carried out in two construction phases.

Lot 2 The City of Lüdenscheid intends to award the construction of the two-track Westschule at the existing school location within the framework of a European-wide negotiated procedure to a general contractor (GC). The scope of the general contractor's services includes the planning concept and further planning as well as the turnkey construction of the two-track elementary school including a 1-court sports hall - the demolition of the existing building including a separate WC building is not within the scope of the GC. The existing school building was taken out of operation in 2024 due to existing contamination. No school operation takes place at the location at present.
