**Short description**: Supply of a 26-tonne 6x4 hydrocure vehicle

**Description**: The European Commission, Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (DG ECHO), intends to purchase a 26-tonne 6x4 hydrocure vehicle for its emergency response operations. The vehicle must meet the following specifications:

* Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW): 26 000 kg

* Axle configuration: 6x4

* Engine power: minimum 260 kW (350 HP)

* Pump capacity: minimum 1 000 l/min at 10 bar

* Water tank capacity: minimum 6 000 l

* Foam tank capacity: minimum 600 l

* Hose reel capacity: minimum 100 m of 75 mm diameter hose

* Electrical power generation: 230 V, 50 Hz, 16 A

* Lighting: minimum 4 x 1 000 W halogen spotlights

* Dimensions: maximum length 10 m, maximum width 2.5 m, maximum height 3.5 m

The vehicle must be new, CE marked and comply with all relevant EU regulations and standards. It must be delivered to the address specified in the tender documents within 6 months of the contract signature.

The estimated value of the contract is EUR 500 000 (excluding VAT).

Bidders must submit their offers in English, using the tender documents provided by the contracting authority. Offers must be submitted electronically via the eTendering platform, by the deadline specified in the tender documents.

The award criteria will be the most economically advantageous tender, based on the following weighted criteria:

* Price: 60 %

* Technical specifications: 30 %

* After-sales service: 10 %

The contracting authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, to cancel the procurement procedure or to negotiate with the bidders.
