Saksa – Insinööripalvelut – Klingenberg Festbrennstoff-KWK (KLF) - Los 12: Planung Bautechnik

Lot 12 includes the implementation of structural design services for the construction of power plant-type buildings and structures (such as boiler house, fuel bunkers (bunker structure with construction in slipform method), machine house, switchgear building, control room, etc.) with a total volume of approximately 230,000 m³ of enclosed space. The buildings and structures result from the requirements of the plant planning for a new waste/EBS incineration plant with combined heat and power and a thermal output of approximately 110 MWth at the Berlin site (HKW Klingenberg). The design services for buildings and interiors, traffic facilities, structural design and technical building equipment are to be provided as comprehensive and interdisciplinary design services with independent interface coordination, which are necessary for a permit-ready, safe operation of the overall plant. The following structural design services for buildings and structures are requested with this notice:

- Permit planning for buildings, structures, civil engineering structures and building parts incl. building permit application for BImSchG procedure

- Project planning for buildings, structures, civil engineering structures and building parts

- Structural design for buildings, structures, civil engineering structures and building parts

- Traffic facilities planning

- Technical building equipment planning for buildings

- Underground economy (UIW) planning

- Specialized planning services for noise protection, thermal protection, lightning protection and grounding, fire protection and the creation of a plant-specific fire protection concept

The requested planning services are divided into the following planning phases:

Phase 1: Completion of the AG's preliminary planning, design planning and building permit planning, 3D planning coordination with plant specialists, creation of building permit application

Phase 2: Tender planning

Phase 3: Construction-accompanying, interdisciplinary execution planning

Phases 2 and 3 are each optionally agreed.
