Kohde on public procurement subject are repeated and ongoing deliveries of tests, consumables and reagents needed for laboratory analyses (hereinafter also "goods") based on the procurer's orders according to their current needs. Part of the public procurement subject is also the free loan of the necessary technology, consisting of analyzers connected to an automatic line or freestanding, an automatic line and IT solution (i.e. middleware) (hereinafter also "equipment"), all according to Annex No. 2 of the bundle – Technical Conditions for Loan, including their servicing and maintenance for the entire duration of the purchase agreement.
