Quality of the procurement item

The quality of the petroleum derivatives that are the subject of the procurement must meet the standards prescribed by the Regulation on the quality of liquid petroleum fuels (Official Gazette No. 131/21 and 83/25) and its amendments and supplements if any are in force at the time of the execution of the procurement contract concluded on the basis of this procurement procedure, as well as other relevant valid legal provisions that are in force at the time of the execution of the public procurement contract.
