Use of the IND's various departments requires more insight into the standard times of activities. This is because the department can better estimate the number of FTEs needed for an expected work offer, to achieve coordinated efficiency (production) goals, in line with the IND's (multi-year) goals. The Contractor is expected to support the IND in delivering, setting up and using the necessary method for conducting time recording studies. The scope of the tender consists of:

• Guidance and advice for time recording studies;

• Delivery of a time recording application;

• Maintenance and management of the time recording application;

• Training/instructions/information for approximately 10 coordinators.
