The European Commission, Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) intends to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of humanitarian aid services. The framework agreement will cover a wide range of services, including but not limited to, needs assessment, project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, as well as capacity building and training.
