Description: The Grenoble Alpes Métropole is seeking to award a contract for the construction of a pedestrian and cycle bridge over the Isère River, upstream of the A480 viaduct, in Grenoble and Saint Martin le Vinoux. The bridge will be dedicated to soft modes of transport, such as walking and cycling. The project aims to improve connectivity and promote sustainable mobility in the area. The contract will include the design, construction, and maintenance of the bridge for a period of 5 years. The estimated value of the contract is EUR 5 000 000, excluding VAT.

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who submits the most economically advantageous tender, based on the following criteria:

Price (60%)

Technical merit (30%)

Sustainability (10%)
