Slagteribygningen on the harbour in Faaborg currently stands as a rustic reminder of the city's industrial past. The project involves the transformation and renovation of Slagteribygningen as well as the management of the building's edge zone and nearby outdoor areas. The aim is to create a innovative building with flexible layout, which supports production, stay and experience opportunities as well as synergy and collaboration with cultural and business actors on the harbour and in the city. The building's shared facilities should promote collaboration and innovation among the building's many diverse users. The primary activities in the building should be: • Public library • Association activities • Entrepreneurship and business with a focus on the food industry including food incubation environment • Culture and events In addition to providing a framework for a range of different activities, Slagteribygningen also forms part of the storm surge protection of Faaborg City. With the present tender, the contracting authority wishes to receive tenders for the transformation of the building. The project is tendered in Main Contract with early contractor involvement. The project is tendered on the basis of a building programme and a layout proposal, which further describes the project. The total tender material is listed in the tender conditions. The main contract includes project development and transformation of Slagteribygningen to full completion. The main contract is divided into sub-project 1, Option A and Option B, each with its own target price. For the scope of sub-projects and options, see SB_K01_H6_E01_N003 Sub-project overview. It is expected that a number of specialist contracts will be carried out in parallel with the execution of the main contract: painting work, winter garden and outdoor work, fitting out of bar, as well as AV equipment, loose inventory and access points in the library are purchased as client supplies. The contracting authority's requirements for contract terms appear from the tender material's draft for the main contract, while the requirements for the performance are detailed described in the technical specifications and drawing material. It can be noted that the tendered task includes supplier project management. The scope of this supplier project management appears from the building case description, which is in the tender material. The contract is entered into on the basis of AB18 and APP Project Development with the contracting authority's additions and deviations and according to the contract terms stated in the tender material's 'Draft for the main contract'. Requirements for services, quality etc. are stated in the remaining tender material, including in the layout proposal and building programme.
