Kohde on public procurement concerns the delivery of interior furnishings to the newly constructed buildings of the Bekon area, specifically to the Archive, Polyclinic and Sports House. The delivered interior furnishings must meet the minimum technical parameters set out in Annex No. 4 ZD (Itemised Budget) and in Annex No. 5 ZD (Project Documentation). The subject of the public procurement contract also includes ensuring transportation to the destination (up to individual rooms, including removal), assembly, installation in the designated spaces, minor construction work (connecting kitchens, etc.), and cleaning of the designated spaces. Furthermore, as part of the delivery, certificates of health safety of the used structures and materials, warranty and technical sheets, and possibly manuals for operation and maintenance, and workshop documentation for atypical interior elements (according to the nature of the matter) will be handed over.
