Itävalta – Laboratoriolaitteet, optiset ja tarkkuuslaitteet (lukuun ottamatta silmälaseja) – Silicon Austria Labs – Upgrades for magnetic thin film sputtering deposition equipment

Tämän hankintamenettelyn tarkoituksena on myöntää sopimus parhaalle tarjoussa olevalle tarjoussa, joka on tunnistettu hankintamenettelyn aikana, moduulien toimituksesta, asennuksesta, käynnistämisestä ja niihin liittyvistä palveluista (sisältäen dokumentaation ja koulutukset), jotka mahdollistavat prosessikyvyn laajentamisen, joka liittyy magneettisten ohutkalvojen ja monikerrosten putoamisesta Silicon Austria Labs GmbH:n.

The contract is divided into 2 lots:

Lot 1: Supply, installation, commissioning, and associated services (including documentation and trainings) of modules for the extension of the range of process capabilities related to the sputtering deposition of magnetic thin films.

Lot 2: Supply, installation, commissioning, and associated services (including documentation and trainings) of modules for the extension of the range of process capabilities related to the sputtering deposition of magnetic multilayers.

The estimated total value (excluding VAT) of the contract is EUR 1 500 000.

The estimated duration of the contract is 12 months.

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 13.10.2023 at 12:00 CET.

The language of the procurement procedure is English.

The procurement procedure is an open procedure.

The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.

The award criteria are as follows:

1. Price (weighting 40 %)

2. Technical merit (weighting 40 %)

3. Quality of the services (weighting 20 %)

The contract will be awarded to the bidder who offers the best value for money.

The contract will be signed by the end of 2023.

The contract will be executed in Graz, Austria.
