Kohde on public procurement contract is to supply new (not refurbished) medical devices and equipment (3T magnetic resonance with contrast agent pressure injector) including assembly, installation, commissioning of the delivered equipment and training of the operating personnel, with the aim of equipping (renewing) the workplace with a set of device-type medical equipment. Part of the subject of the public procurement contract is the provision of full contractual service security for a period of 10 years (of which 2 years free warranty service + 8 years flat monthly payment after the warranty period has ended). The public procurement contract is not divided into parts in the sense of the provisions of Section 101 ZZVZ, participants are entitled to submit only a tender including all items of the subject of the public procurement contract.
