1) Tilauskohteena on ERP-luokan integroidun tietojärjestelmän hankinta, toteutus, käynnistys, ylläpito ja tekninen tuke. 2) Tilauskohteen tarkempi kuvaus on liite 1 SWZ: Tilauskohteen tarkempi kuvaus (TTK). 3) Tilauskohteen toteuttamisen tarkemmat ehdot määritellään myös suunnitellut sopimusehdot – liite 11 SWZ.
