Kohde on public procurement subject is the supply and installation of a new compressor refrigeration (vapor compression) system including a system for utilizing waste heat from compressors for the preparation of hot utility water (TUV), i.e. the replacement of the existing central vapor compression refrigeration system; ensuring and installing a temporary replacement source of cold including temporary ice water cooling pipe systems for the duration of the engine room reconstruction and their connection to the existing ice water consumers and commissioning the replacement cooling system; complete shutdown of the vapor compression cooling device, dismantling of steel ice water pipe distributions, complete dismantling of the existing vapor compression cooling device for construction work in the engine room; installation of a new engine room vapor compression cooling device including a new condenser, including connection to a new ice water distribution; installation of part of the electrical installation and MaR, installation of a propyleneglycol pipe distribution for coolers including coolers in cooler rooms; commissioning of the new vapor compression cooling, termination of the operation of the replacement cooling units, dismantling of the temporary ice water pipe system; gradual dismantling of freon coolers in the cooling chamber and their replacement with air coolers cooled with propyleneglycol; dismantling of existing freon cooling units including evacuation and disposal of the refrigerant.
