Toimitusmedical equipment and apparatus for Szpitala Specjalistycznego w Zabrzu Sp. z o.o. Case number DZP/12 PN/2026. Implementation of the task within the means from the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025-2026. Task: Area 2. Logistical security and ensuring continuity of supply. The subject of the order has been divided into 3 Parts - Packages, namely: • Package 1: Electromagnetic navigation endoscopic system for sinus and skull base surgery x 1 unit. • Package 2: Operating table x 1 unit. • Package 3: Pocket ultrasound x 3 units. The detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex 3 to SWZ - technical parameters, assortment-price form. • The description of the subject of the order does not require the inclusion of accessibility for people with disabilities, no regulations are introduced in the scope of art. 100 para. 1 of the PZP Act. • Whenever in the SWZ, in the context of the subject description, there is a mention of a type/brand, origin, standard, etc., it is assumed that the word "or equivalent" is appended. The Buyer considers equivalent equipment to be that which has the same or better technical and quality parameters as those described in the SWZ, and its use in no way affects the proper functioning of the assortment according to its intended purpose. • The Buyer, describing the subject of the order, has specified in detail the equipment according to its needs. The Buyer, however, also allows the possibility of submitting equivalent offers with parameters no worse than those specified by the Buyer. If it could be inferred from the description of the subject of the order that the subject of the order has been specified by indicating a brand, patent or origin, the Buyer understands by equivalent solutions those which at least meet the requirements specified in the aforementioned annex and are characterised by technical, quality and usability parameters no worse than those specified in the description of the subject of the order. The contractor who offers equivalent solutions described by the Buyer is obliged to attach to the offer a list of all equivalent solutions offered and to prove their equivalence in relation to the solutions described in the annex, indicating the name and position of the description of the subject of the order to which they relate. The description of the equivalent solutions offered should be detailed enough for the Buyer to be able to assess the offer and decide whether the offered solution is equivalent.
