Services for the maintenance of green spaces in the institutions of the municipality of Klaipėda. The price of the supplier's offer must not exceed 150 000,00 Eur with VAT (or 123 966,94 Eur without VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the services are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons why the final amount to be paid by the Buying Organisation to the supplier will be without VAT), offers exceeding this amount will be considered non-compliant and will be rejected. The preliminary quantities of the services to be procured are indicated in Annex 1 of the tender specification, they may be reduced or increased during the implementation of the Contract according to the needs of the Buying Organisation. The maximum amount of services that can be ordered is 150 000,00 Eur with VAT (or 123 966,94 Eur without VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the services are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons why the final amount to be paid by the Buying Organisation to the supplier will be without VAT). More detailed information and requirements for the services to be procured are provided in the technical specification and its annex (Annex 3 of the tender specification). This purchase is not divisible, therefore the supplier must submit an offer for the entire scope of the purchase.
