The subject of the contract is the supply of gaseous fuel to the facilities of the Municipal Green Management in Łódź – the Palm House and the Botanical Garden from the date of conclusion of the contract but not earlier than 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2027. 4.1.1. In the basic scope: 4.1.1.1. Delivery period from the date of signing the contract but not earlier than 01.10.2026. 4.1.1.2. Planned consumption of gaseous fuel during this period in the respective facilities: a) Palm House – 382 149 kWh b) Botanical Garden – 387 779 kWh 4.1.2. In the scope of the order granted under the right of option: 4.1.2.1. Delivery period from 01.01.2027. 4.1.2.2. Planned consumption of gaseous fuel during this period in the respective facilities: a) Palm House – 328 969 kWh b) Botanical Garden – 678 520 kWh The contracting authority does not envisage the awarding of the contract in parts. The subject of the contract is the execution of a comprehensive supply in a consistent and analogous manner to all the indicated areas, therefore the optimal solution will be the execution of the task by one entity. The lack of division of the contract into parts does not limit the accessibility for small and medium-sized enterprises. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is in Annex No. 1 to SWZ and in the contract template constituting Annex No. 8 to SWZ. The contracting authority does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts, as mentioned in art. 214 para. 1 points 7 and 8 of the PZP law.
