Description

Acquisition of electrophysiological devices I. for the Városmajori Szív- és Érgyógyászati Klinika for a period of 12 months, in accordance with the following specified parts, up to the frame quantities indicated for each part. The planned quantity for the acquisition is a total of 2 550 units/12 months for the 19 parts. The tenderer commits to call off 50% of the total quantity per part, considering the pace and quantity of device use for patient care, as stipulated in the 6. § (2) of the 16/2012. (II. 16.) Consignment warehouse operation: The buyer declares the composition and quantity within 5 working days from the date the contract comes into force. The seller undertakes, upon signing the contract, to deliver the specified products in the specified quantity, in accordance with the technical specifications of the procurement, within 10 working days from the buyer's declaration, with the required quality, finish and selection (initial stock). The initial stock must not exceed 50% of the frame quantity. The consignment warehouse stock is entirely the property of the seller. The buyer undertakes to keep the product, record it, and promptly report the used products to the seller. The seller undertakes to replace the used products within 5 working days from the date of notification. The buyer pays the value of the product taken from the consignment warehouse at the offered unit price. For the goods to be delivered, the sterility expiry date must be at least 24 months from the date of manufacture and at least 12 months from the date of delivery. The detailed conditions are contained in the Procurement Documents. According to 46. § (3) of the 321/2015. (X. 30.) Government Decree, if the other procurement documents (procurement technical specification) refer to a specific standard, brand, origin or type of item, the designation is made only to clearly define the nature of the subject matter, and the expression "or equivalent" must also be understood next to the designation, based on which the tenderer is obliged to accept an equivalent or better solution than the one recorded in the documentation. The tenderer – if it wishes to offer an equivalent device, solution, etc. in its tender instead of the technical content referred to in the reference – must submit documents supporting the equivalence in its tender.
