Acquisition of works for the implementation of the basic investment for the project "Rehabilitation of Hala Minda – Multifunctional space dedicated to creative industries" The works have been designed in accordance with the legislation in force, HG 907/2016, and will be executed in compliance with the requirements of Law 10/1995, with subsequent amendments and additions, as well as the requirements of the Regional Programme Vest 2021-2027, more precisely: PRIORITY 7: A REGION FOR CITIZENS SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE: RSO5.1_PROMOTION OF INTEGRATED AND INCLUSIVE DEVELOPMENT IN THE SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL DOMAINS, AS WELL AS CULTURE, NATURAL HERITAGE, SUSTAINABLE TOURISM AND SAFETY IN URBAN AREAS REGIONAL INTERVENTION: 7.1.B NEW EUROPEAN BAUHAUS The estimated value of the contract for the execution works for the investment objective: "Rehabilitation of Hala Minda – Multifunctional space dedicated to creative industries" is 27,423,292.20 lei without VAT and is composed of: Chap. 1 Costs for obtaining and preparing the land: 1.2 - Land preparation - 1.3 - Environmental protection arrangements and restoration to original state 1.4 - Costs for relocation/protection of utilities Chap. 2 Costs for ensuring the utilities necessary for the investment objective 2.1 Buildings and related installations Chap. 4 - Basic investment costs: 4.1 Buildings and installations 4.2 Assembly of machinery, technological and functional equipment 4.3 Machinery, technological and functional equipment that requires (partial) assembly Chap. 5 - Other costs: 5.1 Site organisation 5.1.1 Construction works and related installations for site organisation 5.1.2 Costs related to site organisation The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 20 The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information relating to the award documentation with at least 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
