**Description:** The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with several operators for the supply and delivery of kitchen equipment made from reused or recycled materials. The framework agreement will have a duration of 4 years, with the possibility of renewal for 2 additional years. The estimated value of the framework agreement is 500 000 EUR (excluding VAT).

The kitchen equipment must meet the following requirements:

- Be made from at least 50% recycled or reused materials

- Comply with European standards for kitchen equipment

- Have a warranty of at least 2 years

- Be delivered within 30 days of the order

The tenderers must submit their offers in French, using the forms provided in the tender dossier. The deadline for submission of tenders is 01/02/2023 at 12:00 (CET).
