- The economic operator must have a minimum annual turnover of 500 000.00 EUR for the last 3 financial years.

- The economic operator must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in waste management services.

- The economic operator must provide a bank guarantee of 100 000.00 EUR.

- The economic operator must have completed at least 3 similar projects in the last 5 years.

- The economic operator must have the necessary equipment and personnel to carry out the services.
