Copenhagen City Council is offering here green operation and maintenance on Vesterbro and in Brønshøj-Husum. No internal budget control is provided. From 2025, Danish municipalities will have the opportunity to establish zero-emission zones, where access for vehicles is limited to emission-free vehicles, including electric and hydrogen vehicles. It is expected that the Citizens' Representation in Copenhagen City Council will make a decision in the autumn of 2026 to establish a zero-emission zone in parts of Vesterbro with expected implementation in 2028/2029. Bidders should be aware that the establishment of a zero-emission zone during the contract period may affect the Supplier's access to the contract areas and thus the execution of the contract. The introduction of a zero-emission zone during the contract period is considered a change in the external framework for the implementation of the contract. A price setting for the individual services will be requested for standard operation and after the introduction of zero-emission zones. The Supplier is obliged to loyally and constructively contribute to the necessary adjustments of the task solution as a result. There is a holiday closure in July, so questions will not be answered during this period.
