Lot 3: Gerüstaufbau an einem Neubau, sowie an einem Bestandsgebäude.

Lot 4: Dachdeckerarbeiten: Neubau eines nicht belüfteten Warmdachs auf einer Stahlbetondecke und Sanierung eines Bestandsdaches bis zur tragenden Baukonstruktion inkl. der seitlichen Ziegelverkleidungen sowie den Neuaufbau einer Sparrenebene samt Dämmung und Ziegeleindeckung.

Lot 3: Building scaffolding on a new building and an existing building.

Lot 4: Roofing work: Construction of a non-ventilated warm roof on a reinforced concrete slab and renovation of an existing roof up to the load-bearing structure including the lateral brick cladding and the reconstruction of a rafter level with insulation and tile covering.
