Högskolan Väst aims to enter into a framework agreement with an agency/partner who can continuously support the university's communications and marketing work. The framework agreement will enable the ongoing procurement of services that cover the entire chain of communications and marketing services, from analysis and strategy to recurring campaigns and projects, as well as media purchasing, media adaptation and follow-up to various channels and target groups on a local, national and international market.
