An Fhrainc – Sale of real estate – Appel à manifestation d’intérêt pour la vente de plusieurs Sites ferroviaires appartenant à la Société Nationale d’Actifs de Transition – SNAT (ex-Fret SNCF) et situés en France métropolitaine

Fret SNCF is a former railway freight transport company belonging to the SNCF Group, whose activities ceased on 31 December 2024. Now known as the Société Nationale d’Actifs de Transition (hereinafter “SNAT”), it remains, to this day, the owner of several immovable assets located in metropolitan France, identified as having a strong rail interest (hereinafter the “rail sites”). As part of the implementation of an economic discontinuity plan, SNAT intends to sell each of these rail sites to one or more interested buyers. The purpose of this call for expressions of interest is to select the said buyers. The location, cadastral references and characteristics of each rail site are indicated in the tender documents. For each rail site, the buyer will be selected at the end of two successive phases: (i) a candidacy phase, also known as Phase 1, open to any Candidate who meets the conditions of participation provided for and (ii) an offer phase, also known as Phase 2, reserved for candidates admitted to submit an offer at the end of the candidacy phase. Detailed information about the procedure is set out in the tender regulations, accessible under the same conditions as the other tender documents (see the “Additional Information” section). This call for expressions of interest, which does not aim to award a public contract or a concession contract, does not fall within the scope of Directives 2014/23/EU, 2014/24/EU and 2014/25/EU of 26 February 2014. Furthermore, no legislative or regulatory provision makes the sale of the rail sites subject to a prior publicity and competitive bidding procedure. This procedure is therefore carried out on a voluntary basis and in accordance with the terms set out in the tender regulations.
