Dalkia is an award-winning creator and operator of the urban heating network and heating plant in the municipalities of Bayonne and Saint Pierre d'Irube. These works include the construction of a heating plant, a heat network and its substations. This call for tenders specifically concerns the substations. The mission to be entrusted to the service provider will have the following objectives:

- The hydraulic disconnection, handling and removal of the existing boilers in the delivery posts concerned

- The handling of skids to the substations

The supply of skids is not part of the service. The estimated number of substations to be connected is 25; it may be increased or decreased depending on the actual subscribers connected to the heat network. The contracting entity reserves the right to ask tenderers to present one or more mandatory variants, which will then be described in the DCE. The services may be divided into a firm lot and one or more optional lots. If necessary, the lots will be described in the DCE offer phase.
