The European Commission is seeking to award a framework agreement for technical consultancy and multi-disciplinary design services for the delivery of a Detailed Business Plan. The services shall include:

1. Analysis of the current situation and identification of needs

2. Development of strategic options and scenarios

3. Preparation of a detailed business plan, including financial projections

4. Support in the implementation of the business plan

5. Monitoring and evaluation of the business plan implementation

The estimated value of the framework agreement is EUR 500,000 to 1,000,000 (excluding VAT).

The duration of the framework agreement will be 48 months from the date of signature of the contract.

The framework agreement will be awarded to one or more economic operators.

The deadline for receipt of tenders is 29/03/2023 at 12:00 (Brussels local time).

The language of the tender documents is English.

The tender documents must be submitted in English.
