An Fhionlainn – Office supplies – Toimisto- ja koulutarvikkeet 2027 - 2028 (2029 - 2030)

Pohjois-Karjalan Coimisiún Purchasing is requesting a tender for office and educational supplies in accordance with the tender notice for the contract period 01.01.2027 - 31.07.2028 + a one (1) + one (1) year option. The tender does not cover the following supplies: Copy paper and card, office equipment, AV equipment, disposable cups, colour cassettes, coffee supplies, office cleaning/maintenance supplies, for which there are separate contracts. The goods/equipment must comply with the directly applicable regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations, and instructions issued by authorities, including structural, equipment, occupational and fire safety, and electrical safety. The tender is binding and must be drawn up in Finnish. The procurement process is entirely in Finnish.
