Copenhagen Airports A/S is a publicly listed Danish company responsible for the ownership, operation and development of Copenhagen Airport. The company operates on a commercial and market-based basis and is subject to Danish company law and relevant regulatory requirements for critical infrastructure. The company employs a large workforce distributed across administrative, technical, operational and commercial functions. The organisation is characterised by:

The composition of employees is broad in terms of age and profession, which is important in relation to pension schemes and health insurance. Reference is made to the rest of the tender material for more information on the covered employees. A tender is invited for a collective agreement including a company pension scheme for all current and future civil servants and health insurance for all current and future employees. The total annual contribution to the pension scheme amounts to approximately 80,596,000 DKK (after AMB) as of 31 December 2025, of which approximately 72,896,000 DKK is paid into savings products placed in a market interest rate environment. The remaining approximately 7,700,000 DKK is paid into savings in the traditional average interest rate environment. The accumulated deposits as of 31 December 2025 have a total value of 859,350,000 DKK, of which 781,250,000 DKK is saved in a market interest rate environment. The remaining approximately 78,100,000 DKK is saved in the traditional average interest rate environment.
