II.1.4) Short description: The subject of the Public Procurement for the conclusion of a framework agreement will be the provision of services for the regular and continuous maintenance of roads under the administration of the Contracting Authority, and that in accordance with the current needs of the Contracting Authority as determined in the individual contracts. The selected supplier will be obliged to ensure the comprehensive provision of the requested services, including the means and equipment necessary for their provision, and that in accordance with the current needs of the Contracting Authority. Regular maintenance includes basic summer and winter maintenance of communications according to Decree No. 104/1997 Coll., which implements the Road Transport Act, in particular the following activities: cleaning and repairing of road surfaces, guardrails and the vicinity of roads, including milling and repairing of potholes, maintenance of traffic signs, maintenance of traffic facilities and other accessories, mowing of grassy and woody growths around roads, removal of defects in vertical traffic signs, maintenance of curbs and ditches or bridges, ensuring the passability of communications in the winter period, including ensuring the gritting of road surfaces, removal of snow, snowdrifts, inspection trips, dispatch services and readiness. The subject of the performance of the Public Procurement is more specifically defined in the annexes to the Tender Documentation, especially in the binding draft framework agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 to the Tender Documentation, and in its annexes. The Contracting Authority further provides suppliers with an operational plan for winter maintenance as an informative document within Annex No. 13 to the Tender Documentation. The current operational plan for winter maintenance, relevant to the performance of the Public Procurement, will be issued and provided in accordance with binding legal regulations and the binding draft framework agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 to the Tender Documentation.
