The required quantities for the contract are: Security services Quantity framework agreement 1 post/24 hours/calendar days: 1 post*24 h/day*1461 days = 35,064 hours. In order to establish the estimated value of the contracts for security services, monitoring of alarm systems and rapid intervention, a price verification was carried out on the SICAP platform and the company's own history regarding the provision of these services. The maximum estimated value was: 1,041,400.80 lei without VAT for 48 months, 1,260,094.97 lei with VAT for 48 months for the provision of security services. The estimated value of the security contracts was calculated as follows: Security Services: - 1 objective minimum value: 29.70 lei/hour/agent x 24 hours x 28/30/31 days/month x 48 months * 1 objective = 1,041,400.80 lei without VAT. TOTAL MINIMUM ESTIMATED: 1,041,400.80 lei without VAT for 48 months, 1,260,094.97 with VAT for 48 months; The preparation and evaluation of tenders will be carried out by reference to the maximum total estimated value of the framework agreement, which represents the sum of the maximum value of the security services over a period of 48 months for 1 post, related to the maximum estimated quantity (the maximum number of estimated hours) for 1 objective. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/information in the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, provided that the requests are made at least 20 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Requests for clarification submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
