2. **Description of the Procurement**

The Department of Public Expenditure and Reform (DPER) is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of temporary employment services. The framework will be used to source temporary staff for a variety of roles and skill levels across the Irish Civil Service.

3. **Type of Contract**

The contract will be a framework agreement in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU.

4. **Contract Duration**

The initial duration of the framework agreement will be 4 years, with the option to extend for up to 2 additional years.

5. **Estimated Value**

The estimated total value of the framework agreement is €50,000,000 (excluding VAT).

6. **Procurement Procedure**

The procurement procedure will be an open procedure in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2015/1986.

7. **Tender Submission Deadline**

Tenders must be submitted electronically via the eTenders portal (https://etenders.gov.ie) by 12:00 noon (Irish time) on 15th March 2023.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend, on 16th March 2023 at 10:00 am in the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, Government Buildings, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2.
